- Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diesel truck and trailer repair, with a strong understanding of mechanics’ duties (e.g., diagnostic testing, preventive maintenance, and major repairs).
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive or heavy vehicle repair industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in diagnostic software and IT tools related to vehicle repairs.
- Valid driver’s license (Chauffeur’s License preferred).
